From the first time a potential Duck visits campus to the trip across the graduation stage, the departments and programs that make up Student Services and Enrollment Management are guiding UO students to success. Scholarships, healthcare, housing, course registration—we help the Flock navigate their college career from start to finish.
This year, we’re focused on increasing access for our students—not only making a UO education possible through the PathwayOregon program, but also ensuring our Housing programs that enhance the college experience are within reach for every student.
PathwayOregon is more than a scholarship—it’s a promise. Open to academically qualified, Pell-eligible Oregon residents, Pathway not only covers all four years of tuition and fees, it also offers comprehensive advising and mentorship. Since its inception in 2008, more than 4,500 deserving Oregonians have benefited from PathwayOregon, with a 50 percent increase in the average four-year graduation rate for low-income Oregon students.
With just over 10% of undergraduates benefiting from the program, Pathway has wide-reaching effects on UO students. But with the continued expansion of on-campus living options, University Housing programs offer benefits to an even larger group of Ducks. Our research shows that students who live on campus have higher grades, stay at UO and graduate at higher rates, and graduate more quickly than those who do not live on campus. So we’re working to raise scholarship money not only for residence halls, but also for educational opportunities like our 15 Academic Residential Communities.
Help us expand the reach of these vital programs—support Student Services and Enrollment Management today!
