The University of Oregon Hockey Team is a student-run, self-funded ACHA Division 1 program committed to excellence both on and off the ice. With a roster of 30 dedicated student-athletes, the team competes at the highest level of collegiate club hockey, pushing themselves to embody the spirit of Oregon: grit, determination, and unwavering teamwork.
Each home game at Eugene’s Rink Exchange draws up to 2,000 passionate fans, creating an electric atmosphere that fuels our players and showcases the incredible support of the Oregon community. The Ducks are more than just a team—they are ambassadors for the university and the sport, inspiring alumni and fans across the globe who share a love for hockey and the relentless pursuit of greatness.
The 2026-27 schedule is set to be the biggest in Ducks hockey history with 16 home games! Ducks are constantly striving for excellence, leadership, and championship aspirations. However, their responsibilities extend far beyond the rink. As a student-run program, players take on leadership roles in organizing team events, managing merchandise, and securing sponsorships and partnerships—all while training, competing, and staying at the top of their game in the classroom too. Their commitment to balancing academics, athletics, and team operations showcases their dedication to growing the program and making it sustainable for future generations of Ducks.
In addition to competing at the collegiate level, the Ducks are committed to giving back to the community. Through youth hockey camps, outreach and special events, players help grow the game by inspiring the next generation. Your support allows us to continue these efforts, strengthening the future of hockey in Oregon.
