Since 1914, the Lundquist College of Business has taught its students the critical skills they need to think for themselves, to be leaders in a dynamic world, and to make better decisions on behalf of the people and resources they manage.
We are a top business school with a unique mission and vision that draws strength from the distinctive qualities of Oregon culture: innovation, sustainability, active lifestyles, financial stewardship, and respect for individuality and diversity within an increasingly global community.
The Lundquist College leads the nation in several areas:
-
The college’s Green MBA track, housed in the Center for Sustainable Business Practices, earned the #1 spot in The Princeton Review’s Best Green MBA category two years running.
-
The Warsaw Sports Marketing Center is the first sports business program in the nation to be housed in a business school.
-
Our accounting faculty’s taxation research is second in the world according to Brigham Young University rankings.
-
U.S. News and World Report places our undergraduate business program in the top 50 in the nation.
How you can support continued excellence at the Lundquist College
- Challenge 1: Join former deans of the Lundquist College and help Edward Maletis Dean Sarah Nutter build the Investors Fund. When we receive the first 25 gifts, former Lundquist College deans will contribute $3,000 to the fund.
- Challenge 2: JUST ANNOUNCED. Once we reach 40 gifts, Dean Sarah Nutter and her husband David have pledged a NEW $10,000 gift.
- Challenge 3: Support the #1 Green MBA in the country! Once we achieve 50 gifts, anonymous donors will pledge $12,000 to the Center for Sustainable Business Practices.
- Challenge 4: Help us bridge the gap between classroom and career. Once 75 individuals give to business education on #DucksGive day, a $250,000 gift to Career Services from Bob ’82 and Michele Poletti is unlocked.
